Tender Description
The National Institute of Health Islamabad, operating under the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulation & Coordination, invites bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Department, and approved by PPRA EPADS. This tender is specifically for the calibration of machinery and equipment and the supply, installation, configuration, and commissioning of an enterprise-grade next generation firewall solution for the NIH Islamabad on an F.O.R basis for the financial year 2026-2027.

The technical scope includes precise calibration services for NIH machinery and the full lifecycle delivery of a high-end firewall system to secure the National Health Data Centre. Bidders must be experienced firms with relevant PEC categories and must be registered with FBR and ATL. The procurement follows a single stage single envelope system for calibration and a two envelope system for the firewall supply and installation.
The last date for receipt of tenders is **10th August 2026 at 11:00 a.m.**, with opening at 11:30 a.m. on the same day in the Conference Room of NIH Islamabad. Earnest Money in the form of Bank Draft or Demand Draft must be submitted before closing hours to the Director Purchase & Procurement office.
