Tender Description
The University of Turbat Directorate of Procurement invites bids for the provision and operation of various campus service facilities within the university premises located in Turbat, Balochistan. This tender aims to ensure that hostel residents and students receive quality services in a hygienic and well-regulated environment. Items being procured:

- Mart / Grocery Shop
- Beauty Saloon
- Laundry & Ironing Shop
- Coffee Shop
- Tuck-shop Large Lecture Hall-1
- Tuck-shop Large Lecture Hall-2
- Tuck-shop New Girls Hostel
- New Girls Hostel Mess
- Law College Canteen
The scope includes renting out and operating these facilities with strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and service quality standards. Contractors must maintain cleanliness, display approved menus and prices, and ensure timely and efficient service. The contract duration is one year with possible annual extensions up to three years. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have NTN, ATL registration, at least one year of relevant experience, financial solvency proof, CNIC copy, and a non-blacklisting affidavit. The procurement follows the Single Stage – Single Envelope bidding procedure, requiring submission of technical and financial bids together. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Pay Order of PKR 50,000 per lot is mandatory. The successful bidder must provide a performance security equivalent to three months' rent.
