Municipal Committee Tando Adam invites sealed tenders under Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) Rules 2010 (amended 2026) for sweeping of roads, streets, cleaning of drains, nalas, sewerage lines, and main holes across all 23 wards of Tando Adam. Additionally, sanitary staff for garbage vehicles is also required for the period from 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027. Items being procured: - Sweeping of Road, Streets and cleaning of Drains, Nalaz, Sewerage Lines, Main Holes etc. for Municipal Committee Tando Adam for the Period 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027 Ward No. 01 - Sweeping of Road, Streets and cleaning of Drains, Nalaz, Sewerage Lines, Main Holes etc. Ward No. 02 - Sweeping and cleaning services for Wards 03 to 23 similarly - Providing Sanitary Staff for Garbage Vehicles for 9 months The scope covers comprehensive sanitation and solid waste management services including manual cleaning and maintenance of drainage infrastructure in Tando Adam city. Contractors must ensure timely and quality execution as per specifications and conditions laid down in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, Sindh Board of Revenue registration, PEC registration for 2025-26, and proven experience in similar sanitation works with minimum financial turnover as per requirements. Earnest money of 2% of bid amount in the form of CDR/Pay Order and tender fee of Rs. 1000 per work must accompany the bid. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal by 28-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of Chairman Municipal Committee Tando Adam. In case of public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
