Items being procured: - Canteen operation contract for provision of food and beverages to students and staff (approx. 2,400 persons) The scope includes maintaining high standards of hygiene, offering a variety of food items, and ensuring reasonable prices. The contractor must deposit an earnest money of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a pay order or CDR. The estimated annual contract value is Rs. 3,000,000. Rent will be paid monthly or quarterly as per agreement. The contractor is responsible for all canteen-related staff and compliance with school regulations. The canteen premises must be kept clean and safe at all times. Eligibility criteria require the bidder to have prior experience in running institutional canteens, valid CNIC, and the ability to provide a security deposit.
