Government Khawaja Fareed College Rahim Yar Khan invites sealed bids for the award of the college canteen contract for the financial year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Canteen contract for provision of food and refreshment services to students and staff for the academic year 2026-2027 The scope of work includes the supply of hygienic food, snacks, and beverages at the college premises, maintaining cleanliness and quality standards as per college requirements. The contractor will be responsible for daily operations, staff management, and compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. The contract period covers the entire academic year, and the successful bidder will be expected to commence services immediately after award. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in running institutional canteens or similar food service operations will be preferred. Earnest Money of Rs. 20,000 in the form of CDR or Pay Order must be submitted with the bid. Bids must be submitted in two separate envelopes: one for the Technical Bid and one for the Financial Bid. The deadline for submission is 15 October 2026 at 12:00 PM, and bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
