The contractor must comply with all relevant food safety and hygiene standards. The contract period will be for one academic year, starting from the date of award and ending in 2027. Bidders must submit their sealed bids by 10 November 2026 before 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a monthly rent of PKR 30,000 through bank draft or pay order. The contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the highest monthly rent, subject to fulfillment of all terms and conditions. Eligibility criteria include submission of earnest money equal to 10 percent of the annual bid amount, valid CNIC, and proof of relevant experience. The contractor must also provide a written undertaking to comply with the Punjab Canteen Policy 2014.
