LEASE: Canteen and Milk Shop Lease Rights at Punjab Danish School (Boys) Fazilpur

Items being auctioned/leased: - Lease rights for the school canteen (serving food, groceries, refreshments, etc.) - Lease rights for the milk shop The reserve bid amount for the auction is set at **PKR 100,000**. The successful bidder will be required to pay a monthly rent of **PKR 40,000**. The lease will be awarded for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance and mutual consent. An annual rent increase of 10% will apply upon renewal. Interested parties must submit their sealed bids by **12 October 2026, 11:00 AM** at the school office. The first round of bidding will commence at **11:30 AM** on the same day. If no successful bid is achieved, a second round will be held on **13 October 2026, 11:30 AM**, and if necessary, a third round on **14 October 2026, 11:30 AM**.
