Cadet College Esa Khel invites sealed bids from interested parties for the auction of canteen, stationery, and uniform shop vendor rights for the academic year 2026-2027. The college is seeking reputable vendors to operate these facilities within the campus, ensuring quality service to students and staff. Items being auctioned: - Canteen vendor rights (reserve price: Rs. 300,000 per annum) - Stationery and uniform shop vendor rights (reserve price: Rs. 5,000 per annum) The successful bidders will be granted the right to operate the respective facilities for one year, subject to compliance with college rules and regulations. Bidders must submit earnest money in the form of a pay order or bank draft equivalent to the annual reserve price for each facility. The auction will be conducted strictly in accordance with PPRA Rules. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Principal's office by 12:00 PM on 15 June 2026. The auction will be held on the same day at 1:00 PM in the college premises. Only those who submit the required earnest money and documentation will be allowed to participate in the auction.
