Procurement of Carbon Steel Plates and MS Rods

Wah Industries Limited, located in Wah Cantt, Punjab, is inviting sealed quotations for the procurement of Carbon Steel Plates and MS Rods under Tender Enquiry No. 33-LP-MOULD-155-WIL-HTP dated 02-07-2026. The procurement is for local purchase to support the production unit Hi Tech Plastics. The tender follows a single stage two envelope method requiring separate technical and commercial bids. Delivery is expected within three months at Hi Tech Plastics, Wah Cantt. The supplier is responsible for transportation costs. Inspection will be conducted at POF Labs or I of A Labs Rawalpindi. The tender requires a bid money of Rs. 80,000 in the form of Pay order/BC/CDR along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500. Performance Guarantee of 10% of contract value is mandatory prior to contract placement. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and provide evidence of past supplies to government or semi-government organizations such as POF or Wah Industries Limited. The technical team may visit the manufacturing premises for verification. Offers must remain valid for 90 days and conditional or alternative offers will be rejected. The tender opening will be held at POFs Bid Centre, Wah Cantt on 19-08-2026 at 1200 hours. Bids must reach the Bid Centre before 1130 hours via air mail or courier; hand delivery is accepted if received 30 minutes prior to opening. Late submissions will not be entertained.
