Tender Description
Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi is procuring a Cardiopulmonary Bypass Surgery Simulator for its Dow Institute of Medical Technology – Ojha Campus. This procurement is critical for advancing surgical training and medical education in Karachi. Items being procured:

The technical scope includes a life-size adult simulator with software-controlled physiological parameters, suitable for advanced training, CME, and accreditation. The system features an all-in-one PC with bedside monitor and TEE image display. The site of delivery and installation is the Ojha Campus of Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be manufacturers or authorized agents with valid FBR/ATL registration, PEC registration for biomedical engineers, and proven experience supplying similar simulators valued at PKR 9.8 million or above in the last three years. The bidder must also have an average annual turnover of at least PKR 20 million over the last three financial years. The bid security is PKR 392,000 (2% of estimated cost). The submission deadline is **11 August 2026 at 11:00 Hrs** via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The original bid security instrument must be delivered to the Procurement Directorate at Central Warehouse, Dow University of Health Sciences (Ojha Campus), Karachi before the deadline.
