Items being procured: - Heritage Interpretation Systems Using Visualization Infrastructure (AR/VR) for Derawar Fort, Bahawalpur (Contract Duration: 3 months, Estimated Cost: Rs. 10 Million) - 3D Projection Mapping (Content, Development & Projection) for Derawar Fort, Bahawalpur (Contract Duration: 1 year, Estimated Cost: Rs. 30 Million) The scope includes design and development of immersive AR/VR visualization and 3D projection mapping systems for heritage interpretation at the historic Derawar Fort site. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The bidding process follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with bids submitted online via E-Procure Punjab portal. Eligibility requires valid registration, technical capability in AR/VR and 3D projection mapping, and submission of 5% bid security/earnest money valid for 90 days beyond bid submission.
