Carriage and Erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles and Stringing of HT Line with Transformer Installation under Various Divisions of FESCO Faisalabad

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids through EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 for multiple tenders involving carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC spun hollow poles and stringing of HT lines with installation of transformers under various divisions of FESCO Faisalabad. The works include carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC spun hollow poles 31, 36, and 45 feet from designated and non-designated PC pole plants as per PEPCO/WAPDA specifications for HT/LT deposit and emergency works under the jurisdiction of Jhang-I Division, Jhang-II Division, Sultan Bahoo Division, Toba Tek Singh Division, Kamalia Division, and Gojra Division. Items being procured: - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31, 36, & 45 feet under Jhang-I Division - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31, 36, & 45 feet under Jhang-II Division - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31, 36, & 45 feet under Sultan Bahoo Division - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey/Dog/Rabbit Conductor & Installation of Transformer (200 KVA, 100 KVA, 50 KVA, 25 KVA, 15 KVA and 10 KVA) & Stay Rods under Jhang-I Division - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey/Dog/Rabbit Conductor & Installation of Transformer under Jhang-II Division - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey/Dog/Rabbit Conductor & Installation of Transformer under Sultan Bahoo Division - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles under Toba Tek Singh Division - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles under Kamalia Division - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles under Gojra Division - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey/Dog/Rabbit Conductor & Installation of Transformer under Toba Tek Singh Division - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey/Dog/Rabbit Conductor & Installation of Transformer under Kamalia Division - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey/Dog/Rabbit Conductor & Installation of Transformer under Gojra Division The scope covers carriage, erection, foundation, and installation of HT/LT structures and transformers with stay rods for maintenance and deposit works. The contract duration is 12 months. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above with specialization codes EE-04 & EE-05 renewed for the year 2025-26. Bidders must also be registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and have valid income tax returns for the last financial year. Experience of similar contracts completed successfully within the last ten years with WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs is required. Bidders must provide 5% performance security and demonstrate cash or cash equivalents equal to 20% of contract value. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Wednesday, 30 September 2026 at 12:15 PM. Manual submission of bids is not entertained. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS and ensure all required documents and bid security of 2% of tender amount are submitted. Tender documents must be signed and stamped on each page by the bidder. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:45 PM.
