Carriage and Erection of HT/LT Spun PCC Poles for MEPCO Division Ali Pur

Sealed tenders are invited by the Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) for carriage and erection of HT/LT Spun PCC Poles under the jurisdiction of MEPCO Division Ali Pur. The work includes loading, carriage, safe handling, and erection of HT/LT Spun PCC Poles for new connections, deposit works, and maintenance work as per the specifications and design of MEPCO distribution system in Ali Pur. Items being procured: - Loading and carriage of HT/LT Spun PCC Poles - Safe handling of poles - Erection of HT/LT Spun PCC Poles - Maintenance work and chain proposal under DOP/ELR The contractor must be approved by the Pakistan Engineering Council under code EE-04 and EE-05. Contractors already working with the plant must attach a performance certificate from their respective SDO along with bidding documents. Earnest money in the form of CDR amounting to 5% of the bid must accompany the tender. The tender fee is Rs. 5000 per form, non-refundable, payable to XEN (OP) Ali Pur. Tender documents will be available on 5th October 2026 from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the office of XEN (OP) Ali Pur. Tender submissions will be received on 6th October 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, with opening at 12:00 PM on the same day at the same office. Bidders are advised to ensure all required documents, including earnest money and PEC registration, are complete to avoid disqualification. Timely submission is critical as late bids will not be entertained.
