Transportation Safe Handling and Erection of 31, 36 and 45 Feet HT/LT P.C Spun Poles for MEPCO OP Division Chichawatni

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites bids for transportation, safe handling, shifting, and erection of HT PCC and Spun Poles of 31, 36, and 45 feet from designated pole plants to the MEPCO (OP) Division Chichawatni. Items being procured: - Transportation, safe handling, shifting and erection of HT PCC / Spun Poles 31 feet - Transportation, safe handling, shifting and erection of HT PCC / Spun Poles 36 feet - Transportation, safe handling, shifting and erection of HT PCC / Spun Poles 45 feet The designated pole plants include ZHN Pole Plant Okara Dipalpur, Kacha Khu Pole Plant, Jahanian Pole Plant, Vision Pole Plant Bhai-Pharu, Jhang Pole Plant, Lodhran Pole Plant, Shah Kot Pole Plant, Sadhoki, Kanjwani Pole Plant, Chinot Pole Plant, Junaid Maraka Pole Plant, Athara Hazari Pole Plant, Jampur Grid Pole Plant, Nimbus Pole Plant Sakhi Sarwar, ANN Global Pole Plant Sahiwal, Sadiqabad Pole Plant, Unze Traders Sahianwala FSD Pole Plant, EAP Sheikhpura Pole Plant, and Rajpoot Pole Plant. The scope includes handling and erection of 31, 36, and 45 feet long P.C Spun Poles supplied by MEPCO from specified plants. Registered firms must have PEC Category C6 (without hyphen) with a financial limit of PKR 25 Million. Specialized codes required are CE-10 (Civil Works), EE-04 (Low Voltage Installation), and EE-05 (High Voltage Installation). Minimum 5 PCP points and at least one PEC registered engineer attached to the firm are mandatory. Valid PEC registration certificate must be attached with the bid. Bidding documents are available on EPADS portal. Bidders must be registered on EPMS prior to bid submission. Electronic bids only via EPMS will be accepted. Bid security of Rs. 60,000 must be submitted in the form of Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bid Guarantee from scheduled banks valid for 120 days. Bids will be opened at the office of the Executive Engineer (OP) Division Chichawatni on 5th October 2026 at 11:30 AM. Tender validity is 90 days.
