Suppliers must demonstrate a complete company profile including organizational structure, proof of financial stability, nature and scope of business, office locations, environment, health and safety rating and experience, details of menus offered, chef's qualifications, staff training details, NTN certificate, company registration certificate, and information on current and past clientele. Eligibility requires relevant experience working with multinational firms or companies, registered status such as partnership or private limited company, clean criminal record for staff, compliance with environmental, health and safety policies, labor laws, and tax obligations. FBR and ATL registration along with NTN, GST, EOBI, and ESSI certificates are mandatory. Financial soundness must be supported by bank certificates and last three years audited accounts.
