Catering Services for Supply of Langar at Annual Urs at Darbar Hazrat Bari Imam (R.A.), 2026

The Auqaf Directorate, Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Shrine Wing is procuring catering services for the supply of Langar during the annual Urs at Darbar Hazrat Bari Imam (R.A.) in 2026. This tender invites reputable firms or vendors with a strong financial background and proven experience in catering and managing Langar services within Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The scope includes production and distribution facilities capable of cooking Langar at the shrine during the Urs event managed by the Auqaf Directorate. Items being procured: - Supply of Langar (Chana Pulao and Zarda) The technical scope requires firms to have a production and distribution facility within Islamabad and Rawalpindi, with the ability to cook and supply Langar at Darbar Hazrat Bari Imam during the Urs. Firms must submit a company profile detailing experience, staff skills, and client lists. Only firms with proven track records in catering or managing Langar at Urs or similar contracts will be considered. Financial soundness is essential. Interested bidders must be registered with Income Tax and active on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure under competitive bidding rules.
