Construction of Causeways and Drainage Works at Bauri Khwarr, Andi Karak Road, GPGC College Nasha, and Jail Chowk to Tablighi Markaz

Tehsil Municipal Administration Karak, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the construction of causeways and improvement of drainage and sanitation works under ADP No. 260960. The works are to be executed in Karak district, and only contractors who have renewed their registration for the year 2026-27 in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Construction of Causeway at Bauri Khwarr (Estimated Cost: Rs. 50.00 Million) - Construction of Causeway at Andi Karak Road (Estimated Cost: Rs. 50.00 Million) - Construction of Causeway at GPGC College Nasha (Estimated Cost: Rs. 50.00 Million) - Improvement of Drainage and Sanitation at Jail Chowk to Tablighi Markaz (Estimated Cost: Rs. 50.00 Million) Each scheme requires 2% of the estimated cost as Earnest Money, and the relevant PEC category is C-5 and above, with specialization codes CE(04), CE-02, CE-10, and CE-09(i) as applicable. The technical scope includes construction of new causeways, improvement of drainage systems, and sanitation works at the specified locations. The engineer's estimate is based on the current MRS 2025 (1st Bi-annual). Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and possess a valid PEC license. Only eligible registered contractors can obtain tender forms through the EPADS link at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted/uploaded electronically via EPADS on or before the deadline. The original Bid Security/CDR and any additional security must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope at the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Karak, before the closing date and time of bid submission. Sealed bids sent through registered courier service will be opened on the same date at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the undersigned on 15/10/2026. For best results, ensure all bid documents are complete and that your financial bid includes a valid call deposit; incomplete submissions will not be entertained.
