The Buildings Division Mirpurkhas invites sealed tenders for construction works of multiple government building projects in Mirpurkhas city, Sindh. The tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure and is open to contractors/firms with relevant experience and valid PEC registration. Items being procured: - Construction of Compound Wall of Government Dispensary Mohsin Raza Farm, Deh-124, UC Thoti Talha Sindh District Mirpurkhas - Maintenance of Table Tennis Hall Shaheed Zulfiquar Sports Complex, Tando Adam Road, Mirpurkhas - Construction of Mother & Child Care Centre at Mumtazabad Mirpurkhas - Construction of Power Block Government Dispensary Mohsin Raza Farm to Kherao Shah, Deh-124, UC Chitor 1400-Rt - Construction of Paver Block at Shaheed Zulfiquar Ali Bhutto Sports Complex in Front Main Gate and Backside Players Hostel, UC Toti Ali Main 1000-Rt - Construction of Paver Block at Village Pir Junaid Sheh Rashid Farm, Deh-382, UC Wade Shah Talha Suhjabad 1500-Rt - Construction of Paver Block in Front Dr. Aziz Memon Clinic Railway Colony UC-11, Ismail Shah Baba TMC Syed Khadim Ali Shah 800-Rt - Construction of Paver Block Turab Laghari (Dital Laghari) 500-Rt, UC Kengoro Taluka Digri The scope includes civil construction with estimated costs ranging from 1.5 to 3.5 million PKR per project, with completion periods of 24 months. Contractors must provide valid PEC certificates CE09, CE16 & CE11(x), documentary evidence of similar works, audited financial reports, and affidavits on e-stamp paper. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required. Tenders must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 30-10-2026 and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Mirpurkhas, located at 1st Floor, Provincial Buildings Division, Near APWA Girls High School, Opposite State Life Building, Mirpurkhas.
