Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of CCTV IP Cameras with NVR and LCDs at State Life Zonal Office Sheikhupura

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites experienced and reputed GST/Income Tax/Sales Tax registered firms to submit bids for the supply, installation, commissioning, and testing of CCTV IP Cameras along with NVRs and LCDs for its Zonal Office located at Al-Sharif Plaza, Near Children Hospital, Sargodha Road, Sheikhupura. Items being procured: - 32 units of 4MP Entry IR Fixed-Focal Bullet Network Cameras with advanced features including H.265 codec, IR illumination up to 30m, IP67 protection, and multiple video analytics. - 1 unit of 32 Channel 10 2HDDs Network Video Recorder with 4.0 user interface, 4K HDMI output, AI features like face detection and perimeter protection. - 1 unit of 16 Channel 10 2HDDs Network Video Recorder with similar specifications. - 2 units of 8TB Surveillance Hard Drives. - 1 unit of 4TB Surveillance Hard Drive. - 1 unit of 40'' HD LED display. - 2 units of 32'' HD LED displays. - Complete installation and commissioning on turnkey basis including PoE Switch 08/16 Port, Cat6 Cable 23AWG, PVC Box, Data Rack 1U, RJ-45 Connectors with tagging, ducts, pipes, power cables, flexible pipes, 02 Core Single Mode Fiber Cable, media converter, and splicing. Vendors must conduct a site survey at the State Life Insurance office in Sheikhupura for accurate measurements as per attached diagrams. The technical scope includes high-quality CCTV equipment with advanced video analytics and robust installation materials ensuring reliable surveillance coverage. Eligibility criteria require firms to be GST/Income Tax registered, have at least five years of relevant experience, valid FBR registration, and submit a bid security of Rs. 41,000/- in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Draft favoring State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Sheikhupura Zone. Bids will be evaluated on a single job basis under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The deadline for bid submission and technical bid opening is 22nd October 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. respectively via the E-PADS 2.0 portal (https://epads.gov.pk/). Bidders are advised to ensure all documentation including warranty certificates, tax returns, and undertakings on legal stamp paper are complete. Payment will be made after successful delivery and installation within 15 days.
