Cantonment Board Nowshera invites sealed bids from eligible contractors and firms for a comprehensive set of civil works and maintenance projects within Nowshera Cantt. The works are to be executed as per MES Schedule of Rates 2025 (amended up to date) and on a percentage above/below or at par basis for scheduled items, with market rate basis for non-schedule items. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules 2004. Only contractors/firms with valid PEC registration in the relevant category and active FBR ATL status are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Supply and fixing of energy-efficient 30-watt ceiling fans at CB School (2.45 Million PKR) - Supply and fixing of energy-efficient 30-watt ceiling fans at CB Office (1.30 Million PKR) - Construction of road and provision of street lights for Vegetable Market at GBS Nsr (6.78 Million PKR) - Provision of drainage system and PCC roads at Katti Khana near CB Slaughterhouse Nsr Cantt (5.00 Million PKR) - Supply and installation of 02 x complete submersible motor unit Nsr Cantt (4.06 Million PKR) - Up-gradation of the car parking area near GBS Nsr Cantt (3.95 Million PKR) - Up-gradation of the car parking area and commercial complex road with tuff tiles at Khushal Colony, Nowshera Cantt (2.46 Million PKR) - Uplifting of 02 x the existing filter plant to an RO system and rehabilitation of the filter plant building (4.00 Million PKR) - Construction/extension of CB Mall - I (B+G+F) at G.T Road near Shoba Auto Market, Nsr Cantt (37.30 Million PKR) - Construction/extension of CB Mall - II (B+G+F) at G.T Road near Police Petrol Pump, Nsr Cantt (21.75 Million PKR) - Repair/maintenance of Cantt Fund Buildings, Nowshera Cantt (15.00 Million PKR) - Repair/maintenance of Cantt Fund Roads, Nowshera Cantt (6.00 Million PKR) - Repair/maintenance of Cantt Fund Drains, Nowshera Cantt (8.50 Million PKR) - Repair/maintenance of water supply lines, Nowshera Cantt (3.00 Million PKR) - Repair/maintenance of miscellaneous public improvements, Nsr Cantt (7.00 Million PKR) The technical scope covers installation of energy-efficient electrical fixtures, civil construction, roadworks, drainage, water supply, and major building extensions. Bidders must submit both technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes, with technical proposals evaluated first. Earnest Money at 5% of the estimated cost (in the form of Call Deposit) is mandatory. Only technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened. All bidders must be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List and hold a valid PEC license. The deadline for submission of bids is 05.09.2026 at 11:00 am, with technical proposals opened the same day at 2:30 pm at the office of Cantonment Board Nowshera.
