Certified Reference Materials for Spectrometer Supply

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of Certified Reference Materials for Spectrometer on FOR basis. This procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management Directorate at HIT Taxila Cantt, Punjab. The tender requires submission of technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes under the Single Stage Two Envelope procurement method. Items being procured: - 6% Zn Aluminium Alloy, Quantity: 01 Nos - 219/4 Ni-Cr-Mo Steel, Quantity: 01 Nos - 09.02-4 Deoxidized Coppers, Quantity: 01 Nos - 71.33-8 Leaded Gunmetals, Quantity: 01 Nos The technical scope includes supply of brand new certified reference materials conforming to the detailed technical specifications and general staff requirements as per Annexure G. Delivery is expected within 3 months after contract signing, with destination at ARDIC, HIT Taxila. Bidders must comply with eligibility criteria including valid registration with HIT, NTN, Sales Tax registration, and must not be blacklisted or defaulter. Earnest money in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order is mandatory, with postal order of Rs. 2000/- enclosed with the technical bid.
