Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Chain Sling with 5 Items as per Annexure A The delivery period is 2 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, or indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi Govt organizations if any. Attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are required. Audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director must be provided. Trade links between the firm and OEM (in case of distributor/agent) and a judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or suspended are mandatory. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2000/- should be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. Bids must be submitted by 21 October 2026 at 10:30 hours. The tender opening will be at 11:00 hours the same day.
