Consultancy Services for Hiring Chartered Accountant Firm for Co-Sourcing Internal Audit of National Highway Authority

This tender invites qualified Chartered Accountant firms to provide consultancy services for co-sourcing the internal audit function of the National Highway Authority (NHA) in Islamabad. Bidders must meet strict eligibility criteria including having an office in Islamabad, being A-rated on the State Bank of Pakistan panel, inclusion in ICAP's QCR list, Audit Oversight Board registration, valid NTN, and no blacklisting. The firm must submit a refundable earnest money of PKR 500,000. The contract duration is three years, extendable by mutual consent, with monthly fee payments inclusive of all taxes.
