Government College University Lahore invites E-Bids on C&F Lahore basis for each Lot separately from registered Firms, Companies, General Order Suppliers, Manufacturers engaged in trading with valid registration certificates for the financial year 2026-2027 from Excise & Taxation Department and registration on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Items being procured: - Lot #1 Chemicals Vapor Deposition (Estimated Cost Rs. 24,140,000, Bid Security Rs. 241,400) - Lot #2 Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) Analyser (Estimated Cost Rs. 14,200,000, Bid Security Rs. 142,000) - Lot #3 DSC/Thermo Gravimetric Analyser (Estimated Cost Rs. 4,260,000, Bid Security Rs. 42,600) - Lot #4 Thermal Evaporator (Estimated Cost Rs. 32,660,000, Bid Security Rs. 326,600) The bidding documents must be submitted online on Punjab e-Procurement System as per Rule 38(2)(a) PPR 2014 Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bidders must submit a Bid Security of 1% of the estimated cost for each Lot separately. The bid submission and transfer must be done electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical financial instruments like CDR or Bank Guarantees will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to upload bids before the submission deadline and not wait for the last date and time. The bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can also be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. All prospective bidders must quote rates for each item separately. The lowest evaluated bidder will be selected based on the cumulative quoted rate of the entire Lot/Package. For electronic bids submission, bidders must register at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and contact 1248 for any queries. The PPRA website will calculate response time exclusively from the date of advertisement publication. Government College University Lahore reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals prior to acceptance as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules. The bid submission deadline is **10th November 2026 at 11:00 a.m.** and bid opening will be on the same day at 11:30 a.m. Bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
