Civil, Renovation and Allied Works at Bank of Khyber Branches

Bank of Khyber invites quotations from eligible, experienced, and technically qualified PEC-registered Engineering Firms for execution of civil, renovation, and allied works at various Bank branches located in Peshawar. The procurement will be conducted through Negotiated Tendering under urgency provisions of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Items being procured: - Civil and renovation works - Partitioning - Flooring - False ceiling - Electrical works - Other allied works as per approved BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications The scope includes comprehensive civil and allied works in accordance with approved BOQs and technical documents. Interested firms must be PEC Registered Engineering Firms with Category C-3, hold valid NTN, GST, and KPRA registrations, and provide relevant C3 experience. A 2% Bid Security in the form of CDR in favor of Bank of Khyber is mandatory, along with an undertaking to provide 5% Performance Security upon contract award. The procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidders must submit complete Technical and Financial proposals, duly signed and stamped, in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the procurement name and location. Submission and opening will take place on November 2, 2026, at 1030 Hrs and 1100 Hrs respectively, at the Procurement Division, Head Office, Bank of Khyber, BOK Tower, 24-The Mall, Peshawar Cantt. The Bank reserves the right to verify credentials and reject any quotations/offers as per applicable rules. The quoted rates must include all taxes, duties, labor, transportation, overheads, and incidental costs unless otherwise specified in the BOQ.
