Modification of 1st Floor Multi-Purpose Office Building (Left Wing) at Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited

Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited (KS&EW) invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for the project titled Modification of 1st Floor Multi-Purpose Office Building (Left Wing) located at KS&EW, Karachi. This tender is open to eligible national constructors or firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-3 or above. Items being procured: - Modification works of 1st Floor Multi-Purpose Office Building (Left Wing) The scope includes all necessary civil works to modify the specified office building floor as per KS&EW requirements. Bidders must ensure compliance with PEC registration and submit bids accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of a Pay Order from a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the GM (S&CW) KS&EW at West Wharf Dockyard Road, Karachi, upon payment of Rs. 6,000 non-refundable fee via Pay Order. Bids must be submitted to the office of GM (S&CW) Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited by 20th November 2026 at 1100 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened later as intimated. Late bids will not be entertained. KS&EW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule-45 of PPRA Rules 2026.
