Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and renewed for the year 2026-27 along with up-to-date registration active with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis under single stage – single envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules-2004 amended up to date. Items being procured: - Raising of Boundary Wall at 132KV Grid Station Shortkot City - Construction of Over Head Water tank and underground Water Tank and Renovation of external Water Supply & Sewerage System at 132KV Grid Station T.T.Singh - Construction of 2nd Portion of Boundary Wall at 132KV Grid Station Bhera - Construction of Trench for Power Cables of PT-3 at 132KV Grid Station Tariqabad - Maintenance & Repair of Control House Building at 132KV Grid Station Katha Saghral - Maintenance & Repair of Control House Building at 132KV Grid Station Mitha Tawana - Construction of Fencing wall at 132KV Grid Station VAC - Emergent Civil Works GSO Circle FESCO, Faisalabad (Providing & Installation of Submersible Pump with bore at 132KV Grid Station Bandala and GSO Circle FESCO, Faisalabad) - Maintenance & Repair of D-1 Quarter at 132KV Grid Station Factory Area Faisalabad - Emergent Civil Works GSO Circle FESCO, Faisalabad (Providing & Installation of Street Lights at 132KV Grid Station Nia Lahore & Factory Area Faisalabad) - Construction of Sec. City Guard Cabin at 132KV grid Station Khurria wala - Providing & laying of Water Supply System at 132KV Grid Station Wan Buchran The scope includes civil construction, fencing, water supply system installation, trenching for power cables, repair and maintenance of control houses and quarters, installation of submersible pumps and street lights at various 132KV grid stations in Faisalabad. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with PEC for the year 2026-27 with specialization code C-06, active registration with PRA, NTN and ATL compliance, and submission of income tax returns for the last three years. The contractor must have completed at least two contracts of the same nature with successful completion certificates over the last ten years. The bidder must have an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the estimated cost and submit a bid security of 5% of the bid cost. Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS Version 2.0 portal by 21-10-2026 up to 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 Noon. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
