Civil Works Construction of CPS Solar Rooms at MP-53.5, Rustom, MP-85.5 Karani, MP-103 Kumb and MP-107 Sim Nala in HQ-1, Sukkur Transmission Section

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites bids for the Civil Works Construction of CPS Solar Rooms at MP-53.5 Rustom, MP-85.5 Karani, MP-103 Kumb and MP-107 Sim Nala in HQ-1, Sukkur Transmission Section. This procurement is for the construction of four solar rooms including brick masonry, RCC columns with beams, RCC slabs, cement plaster, painting, CC flooring, steel doors and windows, roof screeding with waterproofing, and electrical wiring as per detailed specifications and drawings provided by SSGC. Items being procured: - Construction of 4 CPS Solar Rooms at specified locations - Brick masonry 9" & 13.5" thick - RCC columns, beams, slabs - Cement plaster internal and external - Painting with distemper, matt finish, weather shield - Steel doors and windows fabrication and installation - Roof screeding with waterproofing coating - Cement concrete flooring - Electrical wiring including lighting, fans, sockets, distribution board - Dismantling of existing rooms and debris removal The scope includes supply of all manpower, machinery, materials, and finance for execution. Materials must be of approved quality including cement, aggregates, paint, bricks, and steel reinforcement. The contractor must ensure safe and proper execution with adequate skilled and unskilled manpower. Eligibility requires valid PEC Certificate Category C-6 or above with specialization CE-10, registration with FBR and ATL, and submission of bid security of Rs. 104,000 in the form of pay order or demand draft in favor of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 portal by Monday, November 9, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract duration is five months including mobilization. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract value is required. Liquidated damages of 0.1% per day up to 10% of contract value apply for delays. Maintenance period is six months after completion. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect the site and fully understand the scope before bidding. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on least cost based selection. Bidders must comply with all terms and conditions in the tender documents. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely submission of original bid security to the SSGC Tender Room before bid closing deadline to avoid disqualification. Also, register and submit bids only through EPADS v2.0 portal as manual submissions are not entertained.
