Civil Works, Erection, Testing and Commissioning for Extension Works at Grid Stations Faisalabad West, Rahim Yar Khan and Bahawalpur

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGCPL) invites bids for comprehensive civil works, erection, testing and commissioning of extension works at three grid stations: Faisalabad West, Rahim Yar Khan, and Bahawalpur. The technical scope includes full civil construction, equipment installation, testing and commissioning, environmental safeguards, and health and safety compliance. The contractor must be licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and not blacklisted by any government or donor agency. Experience requirements include prior execution of similar high voltage substation extension works with civil, erection, testing and commissioning components.
