Cleaning and Janitorial Services for Embassy of Pakistan Belgrade

The Embassy of Pakistan in Belgrade invites sealed tenders from reputable and experienced cleaning service companies for comprehensive cleaning and janitorial services at the Embassy premises. Items being procured: - Daily sweeping, mopping, and polishing of wooden floor areas - Vacuum cleaning of carpeted floors in offices, meeting rooms, and corridors - Thorough cleaning and sanitization of toilets, urinals, washrooms including walls, floors, mirrors, sinks, and fixtures - Cleaning of glazed screens, glass doors, and windows (interior and exterior sides as accessible) - Dusting and cleaning of furniture, fittings, and office equipment such as desks, tables, chairs, cabinets - Cleaning of steel, wooden, and aluminum fences, gates, doors, and window frames - Regular removal of trash and waste materials to designated disposal points - Periodic deep cleaning and disinfection of all office and common areas The contractor is responsible for providing all cleaning supplies including toilet paper rolls, tissue papers, liquid soaps, disinfectants, detergents, paper towels, napkins, air fresheners, hand soap dispensers, toilet seat sanitizers, garbage bags, cleaning cloths, and all necessary cleaning tools and equipment such as mops, vacuum cleaners, and polishers. The cleaning frequency is daily general cleaning and waste removal, weekly deep cleaning and polishing of floors and washing of glass and windows, and monthly comprehensive cleaning of exterior areas including fences and gates. Working hours are generally from 0800 to 1400 Monday to Friday, with additional cleaning during special events or weekends upon prior notice. Eligibility requires proof of registration with the Serbian tax department. Bidders must submit sealed tenders in two parts: Technical Offer including company credentials, qualifications, methodology, and timeline; and Financial Offer with completed price schedule. Prices should be quoted in RSD or EUR excluding VAT but stating VAT percentage. Bids must remain valid for at least 15 days from submission deadline. Incomplete or ambiguous documents may affect evaluation. Bids must be submitted to the Head of Chancery at the Embassy address, 62 Bulevar, from 14 October 2026 to 28 October 2026 by 12:30 hours.
