Purchase of Miscellaneous and Other Store Items for Directorate General Intelligence Risk Management Customs Islamabad

The Directorate General Intelligence Risk Management Customs Islamabad invites sealed bids for the Purchase of Miscellaneous and Other Store Items under contract reference P156165 for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured include a wide range of goods such as Acid bottles, Ashtray glass, Air fresheners (300 ml and dispensers), various types of brooms including plastic handle and phool brooms, Toilet brushes, large size baskets and plastic buckets, Back care cushions, Copper cables of various specifications, Telephone cables, Rechargeable batteries (AA, AAA, computer, TV remote), Cleaning sponges, Door locks, Dusters in white and yellow, Dettol washroom cleaner, Doorbell remotes, Dust mops, Dustbins, Energy saver bulbs (25W, 40W, 85W), Adhesives, Extension leads, Plastic lotas, Foot mats, Floor cleaning mops with buckets, Flags of Pakistan including customs flags, Glass cleaners, Harpic toilet cleaners, Hi Jeen tissues, Insect killers, Green shed cloth, Glass jugs, Decorative mats, LED panels, Liquid soap dispensers, Phenyle liquid, Pucharas, Plastic gloves, Car and dashboard polish, Rugs of various sizes, Soaps (Dettol, Lux, Safeguard, Dove), Soap cases, Scrapers, Spider web brushes, Tissue papers, Toilet rolls, Towels for officers and floor cleaning, Tube light rods and starters, Tool kits, Padlocks, Umbrellas, Vim powder, Washing powders, Wooden floor polish, Wall clocks, Water glasses, Nylon water pipes, Wipers, Tube light chokes, Power and light plugs, On/off switches, Fan dimmers, Capacitors, Sockets, Electrical plugs (2 pin, 3 pin, power plug shoe), Circuit breakers, HDMI cables, File baskets, Hand sanitizers, and Masks. All items must meet the quality standards as per provided samples and specifications. Delivery location is 1-Mauve Area, G-10/4 Islamabad, with a delivery schedule of 27 days. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with eligibility criteria including NTN, GST registration, and must not be blacklisted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit is required. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2026.
