Cleaning of Residential Colony I & II Area, Roads, Streets & Lawns with Sanitary Workers at TPS Colony Muzaffargarh

Northern Power Generation Company Limited (NPGCL) invites sealed bids from capable contractors, firms, or agencies for the cleaning of Residential Colony I & II Area, Roads, Streets & Lawns at TPS Colony Muzaffargarh. The scope includes cleaning with sanitary workers, cleaning of gutter and sewerage lines, collecting waste material, and shifting it outside the colony area by deploying tractor trolley. Labour will be engaged for cleaning streets, roads, pavements, and dust bins at TPS Colony Muzaffargarh. Items being procured: - Cleaning of Residential Colony I & II Area - Cleaning of Roads, Streets & Lawns with Sanitary Workers - Cleaning of Gutter and Sewerage Lines - Collecting Waste Material - Shifting Waste Outside Colony Area by Tractor Trolley - Labour for Streets, Roads, Pavements, and Dust Bins This procurement follows a single stage one envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 27(a) and bidding documents are available on EPADS 2.0 portal at https://epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must submit their bids through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). A bid security of Rs. 300,000.00 in the shape of Pay Order/CDR in favor of NPGCL (GENCO-III) is mandatory. The original bid security must be submitted to the office of Manager (Supply Chain), TPS Muzaffargarh along with other required documents before the closing time. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS 2.0 on or before 02.11.2026 at 1130 hours. Only bids received through EPADS will be entertained; no manual bids will be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours in the office of Manager (Supply Chain) TPS Muzaffargarh. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rules 45 and 46 of Public Procurement Rules, 2026. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all bidding requirements and timely submission through the EPADS portal.
