Hiring of Rubbish Compactors on Monthly Rental Basis for Sanitation and Solid Waste Management in Bahawalpur Cantonment

Cantonment Board Bahawalpur invites sealed quotations from well-reputed and experienced firms or contractors for the hiring of rubbish compactors on a monthly rental basis to support sanitation and solid waste management within Bahawalpur Cantonment. Items being procured: - 01 x Rubbish Compactor of 5-ton capacity - 02 x Rubbish Compactors, each of 3-ton capacity The scope includes provision of rubbish compactors with specified capacities, ensuring availability, operational condition, capacity, and other relevant particulars. The hired firms will be responsible for providing the vehicles and associated services in accordance with the requirements and terms set by the Cantonment Board Bahawalpur. Interested firms must submit sealed quotations clearly indicating monthly rental charges inclusive of all applicable taxes and expenses. Quotations should be accompanied by relevant documents establishing experience and eligibility. The sealed quotations must reach the office of the undersigned by 09 November 2026 at 12:30 PM. Opening of quotations will be held on the same day at 01:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. The Cantonment Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations in accordance with applicable procurement rules. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their quotations ensuring all technical and financial details are clearly specified. Timely submission is critical to avoid disqualification.
