Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of Cold Applied Visco Corrosion Protection Tape (Inner Wrap) and Cold Applied Mechanical Protection Tape (Outer Wrap) for its operations in Lahore. This procurement is being conducted under a single stage two envelope system, where bidders must submit both technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes. The technical proposal will be evaluated first, and only technically compliant bids will have their financial proposals opened.
