Collection of Toll Tax on Kalabagh Rail-Cum-Road Bridge No. 03 on Mari Indus - Bannu Section

Pakistan Railways Peshawar invites sealed bids from government-registered contractors and firms experienced in tax collection and registered with the FBR or concerned department for the collection of toll tax on Kalabagh Rail-Cum-Road Bridge No. 03 on Mari Indus - Bannu Section for one year. Items being procured: - Collection of toll tax from Auto Rickshaw at Rs. 10.00 per crossing - Collection of toll tax from Car & Pick Up (Passenger) at Rs. 30.00 per crossing - Collection of toll tax from Mini Bus, Wagon (Hi-Ace) & Pick-Up (Commercial) at Rs. 50.00 per crossing The scope includes managing toll tax collection on the specified bridge, ensuring accurate tax collection per vehicle type as listed. Bidders must submit bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) with a scanned copy of bid security amounting to Rs. 430,000 in the form of CDR in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Peshawar. The original bid security must be submitted to the Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways Peshawar (Works Accounts Branch) along with other required documents. The name of the firm or agency must be clearly mentioned on the CDR. Only bids submitted via EPADS v2.0 will be accepted. The technical bid must be accompanied by the required earnest money. Bids will be opened on 06 October 2026 at 11:30 hours in the chamber of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Peshawar, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Eligibility requires valid FBR registration and experience in tax collection. The earnest money of Rs. 430,000 is mandatory. The last date for bid submission is 06 October 2026 by 11:00 hours. Bidders should ensure timely submission through the EPADS portal to avoid disqualification.
