Tender Description
The Law and Parliamentary Affairs Department Punjab Lahore invites E-Bids from registered manufacturers, authorized dealers, and sellers engaged in trading with valid registration from relevant authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Bidders are required to submit their bids online via the PPRA EPAD system and also physically submit their bids at the Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation, Law and Parliamentary Affairs Department, Punjab, Lahore within the stipulated deadline.

The procurement covers a wide range of goods and services including office stationary, printing and publication materials, computer stationary, IT equipment, machinery, furniture, transport services, entertainment, gifts, and conference/seminar/workshop arrangements. All goods must be brand new and original, supplied as per specifications, and delivered within 15 days from the date of purchase order. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of earnest money and blacklisting of the firm.
Bidders must submit a single package containing separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed, and stamped in conformity with the tender document. The quoted prices should exclude GST and PST. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) at 5% of the estimated price is required as earnest money in favor of the Deputy Director, Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation, Law and Parliamentary Affairs Department, Punjab, Lahore. The CDR can be in the form of Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order. Late bids will be rejected.
The last date for e-bid submission is 1st October 2026 at 11:00 am, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 am. Bidders are advised to carefully review the tender documents and ensure timely submission through the official e-procurement portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.
