Supply of Color Doppler Ultrasound Machine and Autoclave B Class Machines

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees' Social Security Institution in Peshawar invites sealed bids from eligible bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax and reflected on Active Tax Payer (ATL) list of FBR for the supply of medical and sterilization equipment. Items being procured: - Color Doppler Ultrasound Machine - Autoclave 60 litres B class - Autoclave 80 litres B class The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with a required bid security of 2% in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 30-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Procurement Officer, Peshawar. Bids must be submitted on EPADS by 08-10-2026 at 11:00 AM along with the earnest money. Original CDR must be physically submitted or sent via courier by the deadline. Bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from EPADS at http://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Tender fee of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) is payable in Allied Bank Limited, Kohat Road Peshawar, Account No. 0010015894300010 or by Bank Draft in favor of Vice Commissioner Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees' Social Security Institution prior to bid submission. Bids will be opened on 19-10-2026 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Hall, ESSI Head Office, Peshawar. Bidders must ensure FBR registration and ATL status. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
