Supply of Consumable Items, Equipment, Chemicals and Reagents for IRF Project at AFIP

National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids for the supply of consumable items, equipment, chemicals, and reagents for the IRF Project at AFIP, Rawalpindi. This procurement follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure where technical and financial proposals are submitted separately in sealed envelopes. The technical proposals will be opened first and evaluated, and only technically qualified firms will have their financial proposals opened subsequently. The tender opening will be held publicly on 7th October 2026 at 1000 hours in the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiyala Road, Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Multi-channel Pipette (Volume range: 8-200μL, Brand: Cleaver Scientific Finnpipette F2) - Eppendorf variable volume pipettes (0.5-1.0μL, 1-10μL, 2-20μL, 20-200μL, 100-1000μL, Brand: Thermo Fisher Scientific Finnpipette F2 and Research plus 8 channel) - Eppendorf pipette Xplorer Minimate TFF capsule 100K omega - Amicon ultra centrifugal filters - Chemicals and reagents including Potassium dihydrogen phosphate, Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, Sodium chloride (lab grade), Sodium hydroxide, Hydrochloric acid (conc.), Buffer solutions pH 4.0 and pH standards (4,7,10) Brand: Phytotech The scope includes supply and installation of the equipment at designated locations. Bidders must comply with all applicable tax and registration requirements including NTN, GST, and FBR registrations. A bid security of 2% of the total bid value in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, or CDR in favor of National University of Medical Sciences is mandatory. The bidder must have at least two years of relevant experience in supply and installation of similar equipment. Bids must be complete, signed, and stamped with all required documents including OEM certificates, ISO certifications, and performance guarantees for imported equipment. Payment will be made after satisfactory delivery, installation, and commissioning with a formal report from the end user. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. The tender committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
