Tender Description
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Sialkot Zone invites bids for hiring commercial office space in Pasrur for its Pasrur Sector Office. The tender covers rental premises with a minimum area of 750 sqft located in key commercial areas including Timber Market, Kutchehry Road, Kalaswala Road vicinity, and Abid Majeed Shaheed Road. The office space must include two rooms with separate indoor entrances, a furnished kitchen, equipped washroom, reception, and parking facilities either in the basement or front area. The premises should be neat, painted, and have safe electricity wiring with UPS connectivity. Separate connections for electricity, water, and optional Sui gas are required. The building must be on a main road with easy access and have emergency exits as per municipal by-laws. State Life reserves the right to alter indoor structures and install equipment at its own cost.
The scope demands compliance with safety and security standards, including fire-fighting equipment and emergency staircases. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 50,000 via Call Deposit Receipt or Pay Order. Only EPADS registered bidders with active tax status on the bid opening date are eligible. The lease agreement is for three years with possible extension and includes detailed terms on rent payment, fit-out period, and maintenance obligations. The premises must be free from litigation and have proper ownership documentation. The evaluation will be based on the most advantageous bid verified on ground.
Bidders should ensure PEC registration and active tax payer status (ATL) for FY 2025-26 to comply with government procurement rules. The bid validity extends until 31 December 2026. All bids must be submitted through EPADS by the deadline. Overwriting or incomplete bids will be rejected. The lease agreement will be registered with stamp duty costs shared equally.
