Establishment and Operation of Complimentary Tea Service Counters at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore

Eligibility criteria require bidders to have 80% weightage in technical evaluation, with relevant experience and registration including NTN and CNIC submission. Earnest Money must be genuine; any fake or bogus documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. The tender documents can be obtained from the Joint Director Commercial office at AIIAP Lahore upon payment of Rs. 5,000 non-refundable fee via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes and dropped in the designated box at the Airport Manager/COO office by the deadline. Late or conditional bids will not be entertained. The submission deadline is 31st July 2026 by 1100 hours, with technical bids opening at 1130 hours the same day. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per Income Tax Ordinance. Bidders with outstanding dues to PAA are not eligible unless cleared prior to financial bid opening.
