Composite Schedule of Rates 2026 Works for Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta

The Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division invites electronic tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date for the year 2025-26. The works include: - Cost of BT Road Side Drain, Sewerage Line, Tuff Tile and Solar Streetlights in different streets near Farooqia Tablighi Markaz Quetta PSP#5394 - Laying of Tuff Tile, Drain, Sewerage System and Installation of Solar Street Lights Killi Ibrahim Zai and Killi Bangulzai New Sabzal Road Quetta PSP#5395 - Boring of Tube Well and Installation of Solar System with accessories at Killi Ibrahim Zai, Killi Bangulzai New Sabzal Road, Badal Khan Street Kirani Road, Killi Haji Dashti Khan Jattak, Mumtaz Town Near Shah Jee Chowk Sariab Road, Bolan Town / Mangle Street Sabzal Road and Solarization of Existing Bore at Dasht Quetta and Installation of Tube Well with Solar System at District Pishin PSP#5396 The procurement will be carried out in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules 2014 amended up to date. Basic eligibility requires firms or contractors to have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 & 5 or above and relevant specialized code. Firms must register with Balochistan Revenue Authority and have active tax payer list (ATL) validation with income tax and FBR turnover of at least last three years. Bidders must provide 2% assignment of similar nature of work as bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank. Tender processing fee of Rs. 3000/2500/- & 2600/- per tender must be deposited in government treasury under head of account C-03870 through Green Challan Form at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). Bid submission deadline is 28th October 2026 at 09:00 AM through supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on the same day at 10:00 PM on EPPS System. Place of issuance and submission is the office of the Executive Engineer Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division. Bid validity period is ninety (90) days.
