Original and Repair Maintenance Works at Cantonment Board Jhelum

The Cantonment Board Jhelum invites electronic bids from reputable and eligible firms for the execution of original and repair & maintenance works during the Financial Year 2026-27 based on the MES Schedule of Rates 2025. The procuring agency is the Military Lands & Cantonments Department Cantonment Board Jhelum located in Jhelum city. Items being procured: - Re-carpeting of Lane No. 1 & 2 at Farooq Road Gul-Afshan Colony Jhelum Cantt - Re-carpeting of Shami Road Jhelum Cantt - Improvement / laying of main water supply network of Farooq Road, Khadim Hussain Road, Haq Nawaz Kiyani Road at Gul-Afshan Colony - Conversion of 04x water filtration plants UV to RO system in Cantt area - Construction of footpath at Haq Nawaz Kiyani Road Gul-Afshan Colony - Repair / maintenance of Cantt fund buildings - Repair / maintenance of Cantt Fund Roads - Repair / maintenance of Sewerage / Drainage System - Repair / maintenance of water Supply - Repair / maintenance of Misc. Public Improvement The scope includes original and repair maintenance works covering roads, water supply network, filtration plant conversion, footpath construction, and public improvement within the cantonment area. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and codes, and also registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as active taxpayers for income and sales tax purposes. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favor of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Jhelum. The bidding documents are available exclusively on the PPRA and E-PADS V2.0 portals, and no hard copies will be issued. The deadline for electronic bid submission through EPADS V2.0 is on or before 10-11-2026 at 18:00 PM, with bid opening on the same day at 8:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on EPADS V2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been constituted as per Rule 48 of PPRA Rules, 2004. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on the EPADS portal and upload the scanned copy of the CDR with the e-bid, as the original CDR must be submitted prior to bid opening to avoid disqualification.
