Tender Description
Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites e-bids for the procurement of various conductors, hardware materials, and electrical meters for its power transmission and distribution projects planned for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being managed by the Chief Engineer (Development) PMU MEPCO, based in Multan, and follows the Annual Procurement Plan for the stated period.

The technical scope covers supply and delivery of high-quality electrical conductors, hardware accessories for transmission lines, and advanced metering equipment. All items must comply with MEPCO and PPRA standards. Bidders must be registered with EPADS 2.0 and submit their bids electronically via the EPADS portal before the prescribed closing date and time. Earnest Money/Bid Security is required as per the amounts specified against each lot, to be submitted in the form of Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bid Guarantee from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. Bids will be opened publicly at the office of Chief Engineer (Development) PMU MEPCO Khanewal Road, Multan.
The deadline for bid submission is **31 August 2026** at the respective times for each lot. Only electronic bids through EPADS 2.0 will be accepted; manual submissions are not allowed. Bidders are advised to ensure all supporting documents, bid security, and compliance with technical specifications are attached with the e-bid. A practical tip: double-check your EPADS 2.0 registration and ensure your bid security instrument matches the required amount for each lot to avoid disqualification.
