Procurement of Medical Instruments, Air Conditioners, Computers, Office Furniture, CCTV Cameras on Framework Contract Basis for FY 2026-27

Data Darbar Hospital Lahore invites e-bids from eligible bidders including manufacturers, sole agents, and sole importers of foreign principals registered on the e-Procurement System with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments. The procurement is for the framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27 covering multiple categories of items. Items being procured: - Electro Medical Instruments - Air Conditioners - Computers and Printers - Office Furniture - CCTV Cameras NVR etc. The hospital will conclude the framework contract/Rate Notification at Centre Level to ensure availability of disposables and attendant uniform, standardization, economies of scale, and value for money for the hospital under the administrative control of Auqaf & Religious Affairs Punjab Department. The hospital will issue contract/Purchase Order(s) to successful bidders in the instant tender against the quantities demanded. The bidding documents containing details of quantities, specifications, terms & conditions in English are available after the date of publication on the e-Procurement Agency's website https://ehealth.punjab.gov.pk. Bids shall be submitted online on or before the date and time as per details mentioned above on the e-Procurement System https://epp.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must be registered on the system to participate. The bidder shall provide 05% Bid Security of estimated cost of quoted items as per Tender Documents electronically. The bids will be opened as per the stipulated date and time in the presence of bidders' representatives who may choose to be present. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening of bids. Hard copies of e-Bids are not required. Procuring agency shall not be responsible for any failure on the part of firms to submit e-Bid or account of any technical error or internet failure. In case of e-bid or e-proposal including entries and record submitted on e-Procurement System is found corrupt, unreadable, contains virus or is submitted in the wrong lot, such e-bid or e-proposal shall be rejected. Further, in case of lot-wise submission, the e-bid only for the accepted lot will be considered if submitted in the relevant lot. The Procuring Agency shall not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with preparation or submission of bids. In case of official holiday on the day of opening of e-Bids, the next day will be treated as the opening date, time and venue shall remain the same. The procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
