Confiscation of Goods Services for Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Peshawar

Items being procured: - Seating arrangements for VIP guests and visitors (summer and winter) including cushioned chairs, sofas, tables with cloths, refreshments, bottled water - Marquee/pandal, tents/shamianas, stage, speakers, microphones, sound system, lighting, electrical works, standees, flag poles - Sprinkler/misting fans for summer and heaters for winter - Carpets, red carpet, entrance gate/arch, directional signage - Mobile washrooms and cleaning services - Transportation of destructible goods from divisional offices (Peshawar, Nowshera, Mardan, Kohat, DI Khan, Hazara, Bannu) to destruction points - Videography and photography of destruction process with unedited footage submission - Destruction of goods by burying and dissolving with proper facilities and safety measures - Dismantling of Light Transport Vehicles (LTVs) and Heavy Transport Vehicles (HTVs), weighing dismantled parts, and transportation to State Warehouse (SWH), Peshawar The scope includes site visits for assessment, provision of all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and transportation. Services must comply with technical specifications such as safe electrical wiring, hygienic refreshments, secure tents, and proper handling of goods. The contractor must ensure compliance with safety standards including PPE and fire extinguishers at destruction sites.
