Prequalifying Suppliers for AAU Services, General Order Supplies, and General Supplies & Services for Nai Zindagi NGO

Nai Zindagi Trust is inviting sealed proposals from eligible service providers for prequalification under three categories to support its Global Fund Grant (HIV) program across 57 districts of Pakistan. The program aims to scale up comprehensive HIV prevention and harm reduction services for people who inject drugs (PWID), their families, and intimate partners. Items being procured: - AAU Services including Dairy Products & Ice, Drinking Mineral Water, Water Tanker Services, Laundry Services, and LPG Gas - General Order Supplies including Furniture & Fixtures, Social Services, Electronic & IT Equipment - General Supplies & Services including Tyres for Vehicles, Office Supplies, Housekeeping Items, Electronics Equipment, and Repair & Maintenance Work The scope covers supply and services related to the above categories to support Nai Zindagi's operational needs. Interested suppliers must fill the online form available at http://tender.naizindagi.com/ to be eligible for participation. The last date for collection of tender documents is 23rd November 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held at Nai Zindagi - PSM Office, Islamabad on 24th November 2026. Bids must be properly sealed, marked, and submitted to Nai Zindagi PR Office by 3rd December 2026. The bid opening will take place on the same day in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. The decision of Nai Zindagi will be final and binding. Suppliers should ensure compliance with all tender instructions and submit Earnest Money or CDR as required.
