Tender Description
The Directorate of Industries and Commerce Quetta is procuring construction works to connect the Bostan Special Economic Zone with the Bostan Railway Station through a road network. This project involves significant civil and road infrastructure works, including road construction, drainage, and retaining structures, as indicated by the specialized PEC code CE01-(i). The estimated cost of this project is a substantial **PKR 751,921,514**, reflecting the scale and importance of the work in Balochistan’s industrial development.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-2 or above, with specialization in road and pavement works. Active Taxpayer List (ATL) registration and no blacklisting by any procuring agency in Pakistan are mandatory.
