Conservancy Services Contract at JNB Ormara by Pakistan Navy

Pakistan Navy, Commander 14th Destroyer Squadron at JNB Ormara, Balochistan, invites quotations from reputed contractors and transporters experienced in providing Conservancy Services. These services must be registered with GST Professional Tax for Conservancy Services as per PPRA Rules 2004. Priority will be given to firms already working with Defence Organizations or holding a defence experience certificate. Items being procured: - Conservancy Services facilities at JNB Ormara Tender documents and specifications can be obtained upon payment of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) during working hours (0900 to 1300 Hrs) within 15 days of publication from the Store Office at COMDESRON-14 Base, JNB Ormara, Balochistan (Phone: 021-32322157) or DESRON-14 Camp Office at PN Dockyard Karachi (Phone: 0343-5506651). The scope includes providing comprehensive conservancy services at the naval base, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained. The contract requires experienced contractors with valid registrations and prior defence-related experience. A 2% bid money in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft must accompany the proposal. Quotations must be submitted by 24 September 2026 at 1000 Hrs at COMDESRON-14 Base. Opening of bids will occur the same day at 1100 Hrs in the presence of representatives. Shortlisted bidders will need to obtain security clearance from respective Naval Authorities as per procedure. All government taxes will be deducted as per rules.
