Procurement of Office Stationery and Janitorial Items for FY 2026-27

Items being procured: - A4 Copy Paper (2 units) - Writing & Desktop Stationery (30 units) - Filing, Envelopes & Printed Material (14 units) - Dry-Cell Batteries (2 units) - Cleaning Chemicals & Hygiene Consumables (14 units) - Cleaning Tools, Brooms & Plastics (14 units) - Crockery & Reception (3 units) The scope covers supply of quality office stationery and janitorial materials suitable for daily office use and maintenance. Bidders must be original manufacturers, importers, authorized distributors, or general order suppliers. The bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
