Sealed quotations are invited from GST/SST/PEC/Professional Tax registered firms for provision of conservancy services for the period from 01 October 2026 to 30 June 2027 for Pakistan Navy Victualling Stores Depot located at National Stadium Road, Karachi. The services are required on a daily or alternate day basis to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the depot. Items being procured: - Conservancy services for Pakistan Navy Victualling Stores Depot The scope includes regular cleaning, waste collection, and maintenance of sanitation facilities at the depot premises. The contract will be awarded to the technically qualified and commercially lowest bidder based on the tender documents. Tender documents can be obtained from Pakistan Navy Victualling Stores Depot before 01 September 2026. Bidders must submit their quotations to the Commanding Officer PN Victualling Stores Depot, National Stadium Road, Karachi by 02 September 2026 at 1000 hrs. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 1030 hrs in the presence of bidders. A Bank Draft or Pay Order equivalent to 2% of the total bid amount as earnest money in favor of CO VSD must accompany the tender. The successful bidder will deposit 5–10% of the total bid amount as a bank guarantee. The Commanding Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations after conveying reasons.
